Sunsational Pools is nothing short of amazing!! From day 1, every single crew has been professional, courteous, polite, meticulous, and extremely efficient! They’re here at 7 am ready to work! Their attention to detail is impeccable! My husband and I are pleasantly surprised with how fast the process has been; for reference, they dug the pool on January 28th and we will have water in it on Friday, March 8th, incredible! I recently had this company build a pool for me and it was a horrible experience. They did not set expectations. It seems they have no organization, The main foreman who was pretty good the first day we were there was getting screamed at by the owner and told he asks stupid questions. He was great and really knows his stuff but he quit as our pool was being finished for non payment. I had to finish wiring automation myself . Ive got crooked umbrella holes. Concrete missing from the back of my sheer wall.They do not do what they say they will. Ive been waiting on the hayward tech they sent out now for 3 weeks. I could go into more detail but id just say if you decide to hire this company, you have been warned. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. I am now being sent legal correspondence for my honest reviews!! Statements from the owner that issues have been addressed are untrue , they came out today , had no idea what they were here to fix and left. Update: After a lot of back and forth most items were fixed, on the last item, They came out , drained the pool to fix the table. chipped away the hole in the table because the umbrella was crooked and chipped up all the glass on the top of the table so the contractor suggested a grommet to go on top. Said he would return that day. He did not return, or call or email or anything for over a week and when he drained the pool left the filter running dry all day. He also put the hose in the pool and left the drain open so all night long my pool was draining into my yard. It Took them a week and a half to return after them badgering me to resolve a BBB complaint. They put a giant pool grommet on top of the table , then told me the umbrella hole is loose so that the umbrella will not bend which is another story to explain why they did a bad job. This is such a failure. Upon calling to confront this , the owner decided to again show her true colors and start arguing that we are never happy. The truth is , they could care less about their customers being happy. I dont have complaints all over the internet like this business. I rarely complain at all but this situation was wrong. Funniest thing is , if they would just have taken care of the problems I would have removed my reviews and called it a day. They still cannot take any responsibility for their actions. THe owner Julie is very hard headed and does not ever want to discuss anything they have done wrong. Lie lie lie , Just like here in the response. You did not fire your forman. He left because you did not pay him. You are focused on the wrong things. Drama should be at the bottom of the list. Come to your own conclusions folks. You might get an OK pool with Sunsational but I would never deal with them again.

We are first time pool buyers. The Spring of 2016 we interviewed 4 pool companies and decided to go with Sunsational Pools and Spas. From start to finish and even follow-up questions, Julie and her team have been outstanding. We are very pleased with the pool and spa. If we were to do it all over again, I would not change a thing. We have our own slice of Paradise in Jupiter Farms.

I'd like to start out by saying we are not writing this review 'lightly'....we have given Julie and Ron every chance to handle this situation. In summary, Sunsational pools crushed our septic drain field when they drove one of their giant dump trucks over it. My husband even went out to tell them to put boards/plywood/something down over the grass so that it wouldn't collapse thru the yard. They said they would and never did. My husband contacted Ron numerous times after we had Jupiter Septic come out and explain that our field/pipes were crushed. This doesn't happen from a lawnmower and certainly not from our dogs. It was specifically done by the truck carrying the sand for under our patio, the same one that left 12 inch ruts in the yard directly OVER our septic. There were several other half*ss things done with our pool that I won't bore you with. Yes, Julie has you come to her house so she can SELL you on their pools....after she drew up our plans we LITERALLY never saw her again. We had a quick fix done on our drain field for $1000 dollars as opposed to a whole new one for $5000+....we asked Ron & Julie for HALF of that and we'd call it good........just $500 dollars in good faith. Nope. They refuse. After several texts and phone calls back and forth with Ron, who said he would look into it....now he tells my husband "Julie said we didn't do it'...... I will certainly be vocal and warn others of their horrible customer service and their blatant disregard for our property.
