Texas Outdoor Oasis

Our backyard is now finished, and we couldn’t be happier with the job Texas Outdoor Oasis did for us! They installed our pool, extended our patio, installed a gorgeous patio cover and an outdoor kitchen. Our backyard is now a beautiful oasis retreat that we are looking forward to enjoying in the years to come! The entire process and experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis from start to finish was incredible! These are great people who go above and beyond for their customers. Before we started, we had over 15 different companies give us estimates. Trust me, let Texas Outdoor do it all! Our experience right from the beginning with Todd Ashmore was outstanding. His outstanding customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is initially what sold us on Texas Outdoor Oasis. Todd was concerned with only 1 thing, what we wanted and how we wanted it. He made sure every step of the way we were happy with the results, and he also made sure that they were delivering everything they promised us. They did for sure. Even though we know we weren’t, Todd made us feel like his only customer. Brian, our project manager was a pleasure to work with and followed up with us at all times throughout the construction process. Days, nights, weekends it didn’t matter. If we had a question or concern, Brian and or Todd responded immediately. We are very impressed with the quality of the work they do, as well as their attention to detail. In comparison to what other companies do, they went above and beyond with attention to detail, additional steps and quality to ensure their finished product was of the highest quality possible. Impeccable service, great people, unbelievable quality, gorgeous results!!! Let me save you a whole bunch of time……Call no one else but Texas Outdoor Oasis!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

We had a very good experience with Texas Outdoor Oasis. They came highly recommended from our neighbors who had just used them and we were able to see their finished work first hand. We were very impressed with their quality and attention to detail. Juan was great to work with from start to finish. He provided computer aided designs for us to better visualize what we described and wanted out of our patio project. He provided additional suggestions to make the experience even better. We are extremely pleased with our finished patio, fireplace, and BBQ area.

This was the second company that I was quoted from, this is who we went with. From the very beginning of the project, David was honest and easy to work with. We were able to work and get the things I wanted to accomplish in my target budget. I had to give them a timeline which they met without problem, which was something they are not normally accustomed to. They did so without a sacrifice of craftsmanship. They stand behind their work, with any changes or discrepancies I have found during or after the process.

We have been so happy with Texas Outdoor Oasis. We extended our patio and put in an outdoor kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the results. All the staff we came into contact with were respectful, always on time and always kept us in the loop. We are thrilled with the quality of our patio and outdoor kitchen and definitely recommend this company!

Texas outdoor oasis laid some beautiful stone on our front porch and widened our front steps and did a great job. They were kind, respectful and great to work with. I would definitely hire them again .

We had Texas Outdoor Oasis build a custom 20 x 20 pergola, lay new textured concrete, install drip irrigation, landscaping, and a fountain. We also had new lighting installed. They were great to deal with, and Courtney was our project manager! I’d recommend them (and have) without hesitation!

Excellent job by Texas Outdoor Oasis building our covered patio areas and pergolas! The workmanship speaks for itself! We started with phase one last September and decided to add to and complete with a phase two. Very happy we used this team of professionals.

Juan Villaragna did an exceptional job exceeding our expectations on our patio/outdoor kitchen project. He listened to our ideas, gave us his professional opinion and recommendations and created several drawings so we would have an idea of what the finished project would look like. He had hard-working crews on the job almost every day that not only did quality work, but were courteous and cleaned up after each work day. Juan's attention to detail was most impressive and we have recommended him to all of our friends and family that have been wowed by our new outdoor living space. We would work with him again on another project without hesitation!

We had a fence built by Texas Outdoor Oasis and it was beautiful, well done and amazingly functional! We had some areas that needed some extra creativity to solve the issue and Juan was brilliant at finding a solution! We are beyond thrilled about the workmanship and love that everyone was great to work with. Thank you! We will use Texas Outdoor Oasis again in the future when we build our patio.

Texas Outdoor Oasis has been incredible to my family! Casey helped bring my ideas to life and Courtney worked side-by-side with us through the entire creation process. When it was time to build the project, Casey made sure that I knew when the workers would be there and for how long. His job projections/timeframes through each 'trade' were precise and he finished on time. The materials he used were exactly what was promised and what I had envisioned. When I decided to alter my design mid-project, I reached out to Casey and discussed my concerns and desired changes. He gave me honest input and adapted without issue. I have already recommended Texas Outdoor Oasis to my neighbors and friends. In fact, my neighbor, a Finance Manager for a 'big home builder', came across the street to speak to Casey and was so impressed with his work that he took some of his business cards to give to his own clients when they want to add onto their backyard. Casey and his crew are, hands down, the best folks I've worked with for this type of project. They're genuine, honest and have earned a customer for life. I would put them against any other company that builds outdoor living spaces!

We got a new patio and patio cover from Texas Outdoor Oasis and it looks beautiful. When you spend your hard earned money on a big project you want it done right and Juan made sure ours was done right. We needed a small fix and not only did they fix it but gave an upgrade and continued to support our request even after they had been paid which I know not all companies would do. So for this I say thank you to Juan and Texas Outdoor Oasis and I would recommend them and would use them again.
