This place is awesome they took the time to explain everything I needed to know how to maintain my pool. I know I may have asked some things twice but they still answered without any problem. I highly recommend this company if you need anything for your pool. They truly have amazing customer service.

Dave was excellent! He tested our pool water and make appropriate chemical recommendations. Dave also gave us step by step instructions on how to use the chemicals, explained the purpose of each chemical, and the expected end result. We definitely will use Cincinnati Pool and Patio for all of our pool needs. Thank you John Adams for this great recommendation!

We have them open and close our pool every year now for the past 5 years. Their people are fast and very knowledgeable. I have and old AE smith pump and they always get it going again.

Pleasantly surprised at the friendly attentive service! Purchased some patio furniture and all is good after we got the furniture home. In the end you get what you pay for. We found outdoor furniture that was more expensive and also less expensive. Being able to see the quality and test it out leaves no room for doubt. Thanks Cincinnati Pool and Patio!

I had a concern about my pool liner in regard to wrinkles in the liner. Rob spent a good deal of time on the phone explaining reasons for the wrinkles in the liner as well as options I have to repair these issues. Rob has always been respectful and helpful since they installed our pool back in 2013. Thanks Rob and Matt and company!

Darrin was helpful and very personable. We have dealt with Cincinnati Pool for 42 years. Other places pressure you, but Cincinnati Pool has always been our family friendly place to shop!! Looking forward to our new jacuzzi arriving !!!

We had an in-ground pool and landscaping done by Pool & Spa Warehouse nearly six years ago. Since that time, we have returned there to buy our patio furniture, hot tub, and other outdoor items. We live in Maineville and of course could go to closer retail shops to buy all these items, but we drive the extra miles due to the wonderful experiences we have had with all the staff. Over the years, Mark, Darin, and Rob have always treated us respectfully and have helped us to turn our boring backyard into our dream come true. We are and continue to be loyal customers and refer anyone we can to them for all their outdoor needs!
