The Pool Boss

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Chris and the whole Pool Boss team. Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing, from our very first meeting with Chris to our weekly valet service technician Parker. They gave us exactly what we asked for and finished in the time frame that they estimated. At our first meeting I expressed concern over the permitting process as I’ve had major headaches in the past with previous projects. Chris assured me that the Pool Boss had a dedicated team led by Tina that solely dealt with permits. I couldn’t be more impressed with Tina and her team. Every hiccup we ran into with permits or inspections was dealt with immediately. All of the contractors that were referred to us were also incredibly professional. Having a construction site in your backyard can be an extremely stressful time but everyone at Pool Boss made it as stress free as possible and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their backyard.

I highly recommend only the Pool Boss for the installation of your dream swimming pool! Chris, Terry and the entire team at Pool Boss are true professionals. They are responsive, reliable and such a pleasure to work with. We had such an amazing experience from start to finish. They transformed our backyard into a dream vacation spot. The pool design is absolutely beautiful. We have a cool sundeck that we use all the time in the shallow end and a long bench in the deep end which everyone loves! We were completely amazed the first day of our installation and how fast the pool was installed. Chris showed up and stayed the entire day, guiding his team and ensuring everything was just perfect. He is a true professional, very helpful and really cares about his customers. We have been using the weekly valet service every week to clean our pool. I definitely recommend signing up for the weekly valet. It’s worth every penny. The technician that maintains our pool is also so professional, and friendly. He’s one of our favorites! He does such a thorough job every time he cleans our pool and doesn’t leave until our pool is crystal clear! I also recommend an automatic pool cover. We did not purchase one which we regret. It’s an added cost but would be worth it. It’s great for safety if you have children and if it rains your pool will stay protected and clean! Working with the Pool Boss has been nothing but best in class service! Don’t waste your time researching other companies. You won’t find any other company with the same expertise and customer service as the Pool Boss!

Choosing a reliable pool company was a decision we took very seriously. We had several companies come to our house to give estimates and we knew as soon as we met with Chris that The Pool Boss would be our choice. Everyone we had contact with was exceptional -from the office staff, to the installation team, to the service team. We received email reminders whenever their employees were scheduled to work at our property. Their consistent communication made this process easy for us. Their valet service for weekly cleaning was excellent. Don and Mike arrived on time and kept our pool clean and sparkling. We highly recommend The Pool Boss. They made our dream of a relaxing backyard come true.

The Pool Boss was amazing. One of the best experiences I could ever imagine. They were on top of everything and went above and beyond. Their communication was unlike any other I have ever interacted with...I knew where things were, every step of the way. I would, and do, highly recommend them.

The Pool Boss installed a new inground pool for our family last summer, and we are so happy with it! I would highly recommend them for their great customer service, upfront pricing, high quality of work and materials, and friendly staff!

Choosing pool boss to do our pool was the best decision we made. Chris, Terry, and his team did an amazing job turning our dream into a reality. From our initial meeting, Chris really listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted. Terry was wonderful in the design and picking out our selections. They never try to push or up-sell you. They really made us feel comfortable with every decision. Genero our project manager was fantastic. We were always kept updated, we knew exactly what was happening one day to the next. Any questions he was always quick to respond. His team was always professional on site and everything went seamlessly and if there was an issue it was immediately handled. They went above and beyond our expectations and we could not be more grateful for them.

The Pool Boss built our in-ground pool in Paramus, NJ in 2018, and it was the best decision we have ever made. Everything from start to finish was seamless, and we have been enjoying our pool immensely for the last 4 years. Chris and his team have been incredibly responsive anytime we have had any questions, and they offer a top notch weekly service as well as seasonal opening/closing service which we partake in. I often hear my neighbors complaining about other pool service companies, and it just makes us even more confident in having chosen The Pool Boss for our ongoing pool needs. I wholeheartedly recommend The Pool Boss to anyone I know!

Hands down the best construction company ever! Terry and Chris are amazing and their team is absolutely phenomenal. I've yet to have one bad experience with anyone from the team and I've been using them for everything related to my pool since our first consultation in 2020. They did an amazing job and no other company will ever get my future business once it comes to my pool! Thank you and your team for being such efficient and professional vendor!

Thank you Pool Boss for making our “Dream Backyard Oasis” come true. It has been a pleasure working with The Pool Boss team especially Gennaro, Matt Nicastro, Eric, Matt and their amazing plumbing and electrical contractors JT and John. From start to finish The Pool Boss team made sure that our “Dream Backyard Oasis” would turn out just like we imagined it! Sincerely, Belinda Planas

We just had our new pool completed by The Pool Boss and I can’t express enough how much of a pleasure it was working with Chris, Terry and the entire team, from Design all the way to maintenance. This was a very big project and investment for us and they made us feel so comfortable with the entire process, they made us feel like family, it’s like we had known each other forever. They are one of the most professional, respectful and honest company’s I have ever dealt with. When there were unforeseen circumstances, they took care of everything. They went above and beyond our expectations and we could not be more grateful that we chose them. They are incredible and what they do and they are absolutely genuine.

Pool Boss exceed our expectations! We were referred by a friend and couldn't be happier with our experience. The entire process was completely effortless, from meeting with Chris at the initial consultation, to communicating with Terry about the details, down to introductions to recommended vendors, it truly has been seamless. Once the project started, they kept us informed as to what was happening, and continued to keep us in the loop throughout the installation. Matt and Gennaro, our project coordinators, were extremely responsive and truly wonderful to work with... We would HIGHLY recommend Pool Boss!

The Pool Boss has been nothing short of spectacular. They handled everything, soup to nuts. They were patient and informative in the design process, guided us with realistic and reasonable timelines, handled all the permits (which can be very difficult in my town), and put us in touch with great vendors for hardscaping and other rock features. The installation was quick and painless (and came out great) and we continue to use them for pool maintenance and service (e.g., cleaning, winterization). I would recommend them without hesitation!
