Thomas Pools and Spas is a locally owned, family operated, swimming pools and spas design and construction company. Open from Mon-Fri 9:00AM-4:00PM. We serve the greater Central California area. Our goal is to build swimming pools with honesty, integrity and good, old fashioned, hard work and innovation! We include our homeowners in every aspect of the design and construction of the custom designed swimming pool and/or spa. We believe collaboration produces stunning results. The secret to our success begins with our owners/founders, Todd and Paula Thomas, the husband and wife team the combine the creativity of swimming pool design, business sense, customer service and communication (Paula), with the efficiency, quality swimming pool construction, attention to detail and scheduling, and pool building experience (Todd) that equals results unparalleled in the swimming pool industry.
