Vista Pools

I hired him, Chip, to install our new pool liner last year. I was told since i had hired him early in the year I would be one of the first people he would get to and that of course did not happen. The owner knew we had a graduation party scheduled for the end of June and wanted it open for it and many, many phone calls later we still had to wait until July. WIth the year we had last year our pool got used sparingly so this year we realized the issues we had with his install of the liner. Not only is the bottom rough and bumpy with indentations everywhere, we also have areas where the liner is falling down. I have contacted the owner Chip at least a half a dozen times to see if he could come look at it and the few times he answered he said he would but have never seen him. I would not recommend using this company for anything unless you want some major headaches.
