Water Rock Custom Pools & Outdoor living is a San Antonio based Outdoor Living contractor specializing in custom outdoor designs and installations. We offer custom pools, water features, fire features, grottos, custom patios & decks, outdoor kitchens & bars, fireplaces, fire pits, seating walls & stone and stucco fence walls, patio covers, awnings, pergolas and "ultra customized installs including floating patios and fire/water feature combos. We have been working in San Antonio for almost 20 years and have been known as Texas Wholesale Custom Pools & Outdoor Living. After many years of specializing in strictly outdoor living projects, we are changing our name to better reflect our customers what we provide. WaterRock is a great locally owned business. When we were looking to build our pool, we got various bids and design from some of the largest pool builders in the San Antonio area. Jeff Herman-WaterRock gave us the best design and cost efficiency for our one of kind pool. The company used high quality material and had great people working at our house. We had no problems with cost overruns, surprises, etc. I would highly recommend WaterRock if you want a great and unique custom pool and outdoor living area for your home.

Horrible Experience!!! Contract in Nov. we ended our relationship on June 21st. Still not complete. Hiring others to finish a project that is not what we thought it was going to be. I have 100's of pictures if anyone wants to reach out. I would not do business with this company or person. Poor quality of work, never met any sort of deadline because he never had a real plan. Subs really never knew what they were suppose to do because he does not communicate. Not a professional at all. We paid him 48,000 dollars for a 6-8 week project that was suppose to be high end out door living space to put our hot tub on. It is far from high end. I could write a book, Just don't put yourself thru the misery of dealing with someone who is not a business person.
