“Austin Design and Build Solutions were hired as my general contractor at Zeta Tau Alpha sorority when I was the house director. They were outstanding in finding and correcting problem areas in the house which resulted in cost savings. After dealing with independent contractors over the years, it was a relief to have a company that I could call on anytime, day or night, which is essential when operating a house with the needs of 50 plus college girls. They were professional, on-time and most impressive, cost effective. That summer they were selected to oversee a summer project for Zeta which included installing water sprinklers for the house and a brand new security system. Since Zeta is registered as a historical property, to even begin the project, Austin Design and Build Solutions had to make countless trips to the City to get the required permits to allow construction. That was a monumental task in itself. This project had to be done within a two-month period when the house was closed over summer break. Not only did they finish the project well within the two-month period, but also at a considerable cost savings. I have gladly recommended Austin Design and Build Solutions to the other sorority houses where they continue to "be the best on campus". “The team at Master Builder did a great job and were extremely professional. We hired them to remodel our all our baths and kitchen. The work included new tile, new cabinets and new bathtub installation. The kitchen included new design with all things installed. They outsourced some of the plumbing but performed most of the work themselves. They are detail oriented and left a clean work area each evening. They used the garage for their shop throughout the remodel and it worked fine. They also bring a trailer with an impressive array of professional tools. Everyone listened to our questions and suggestions. They were fair about changes or mistakes which happens with any large jobs. My only recommendation is to get clear understanding of the type and frequency of communication you want to receive. I like emails answered in 24 hours and had to learn that isn't their style so if I didn't get a response in 48 I'd email back with an ETA for the response otherwise we were very happy. They were always prompt and arrived when scheduled. This is a great team to work with and I'm confident we'll have them do more work in the next few years.”
