“Eric and his crew, he has kept many of his workers over the years because they are good, are very particular about doing a good job and take pride in their professionalism and quality of work. Interaction with Eric to problem solve and advice to rectify planning and architectural issues is outstanding. Always available to talk about issues and answers the phone when you call! I have no problem in recommending him as a builder. Eric built our house in San Juan Ranch and 8 years later we again contracted him to add an extension with the same good results.”

“We have built five homes over our lifetime, this Lindal Home exceeded all expectations. It started with the quality wood which was used for the framing. You don't see this anymore! This wasn't a small house, and had many extra details added to design. You can take any Lindal design an tweet it! The subs were very professional along with general contractor. I've never moved into a house where there wasn't a "punch list", didn't have one for this house! Highly recommend Majestic Peaks!”

“Ray and his crew were excellent. We had them build a detached two car + garage this last fall. Very high quality workmanship, everything on time, and easy to deal with on every little change and challenge during the project. Ray is always up front explaining what needs to be addressed, and is very straight forward in all aspects of the project. His estimates of the costs prior to the work were also very accurate. “SunPeak designed and built our home in Indian Camp Ranch in Cortez,CO. Adam was great to work with. We had never built a home and this was a retirement home. We were very nervous as we were in Dallas and could not be there to watch the construction. Adam sent pictures during the entire construction process and always available to answer our questions. The project came in on time and on budget. Would highly recommend this builder.”
