“I have never before experienced such exceptional customer service. My project was extremely small. However, I was made to feel as if I was spending a million dollars. J. Lynton Brooke, the owner, took the time to explain the entire process. He made me feel confident that I could master this undertaking and when I ran into difficulty taking measurements, he came on site to make sure that my measurements were accurate. The project turned out AMAZING!!!! Every time I enter my kitchen, I smile and marvel at the beauty of the stainless steel tile. I wish more people conducted business like J. Lynton Brooke. The world would be a much better place! He is the best!”

“I love the character provided by using local products that reflect the character of the context, supporting local crafts and community. What is great about Heath is they are a local Bay Area company from Sausalito with a deep history in the area and 60's modernism and an equally deep complicated color palette. They can make Avocado look fantastic! We've done well searching their factory seconds and overruns, reveling in the serendipity of surprising color combinations in a random pattern. They bring so much to any project.”

“True Stone is phenomenal. Felicity and the gang assisted us in a remodel of two kitchens. Our downstairs tenant's kitchen needed a soft remodel, so just a new counter top. The upstairs was a full remodel. Our downstairs kitchen was a cute throw-back to the 1940s with a need for a new counter. Felicity walked us through all our options for a rental unit and highly recommended the durable Silestone. To keep the retro feel, they even duplicated the original curve to perfection. Our upstairs was a full remodel. The result is just amazing and the process was smooth. We love love our CeasarStone Lagos Blue. I can't even tell you how many compliments we get on our counters. True Stone along with Timeless Kitchen's walked us through the whole process. They were uber patient as we changed our minds about the stone and delayed our order. They even came over late on a Friday night to finish an install. Now I call that customer service! The install was impeccable. Our contractor said normally he is on-site during an install to ensure quality, but he said when it's True Stone he trusts them completely to do the job right even when he is not around.”

“Working with Joe could not have been any better. Joe did two bathrooms including the master bath and the kitchen floor. The quality of the work that Joe does is incredible. The workmanship is better then I have ever seen before. Working with Joe was a really good experience. He helped direct us to decisions that were far better then we had dreamed of. He would meet us at the tile shop and help us pick material then he would come to the house and work with us on how to best integrate the tiles (patterns, size, color, etc.). Joe worked very well with the hardwood floor crew so that the kitchen floor integrated into the dining room and family room perfectly. As the master bathroom started to come together all we could say was wow. Now with the work done it feels like being at a spa.”
