“I was impressed with the staff at Ceramic Decor. I was unable to decide on the type of materials that I wanted to use in my bathroom reno. After discussing my plans and ideas with them. They were able to pinpoint exactly what my tastes were. They assisted me in co-ordinating colours and style that were perfect for my reno. After having visited several stores to buy my tile, I was confident that Ceramic Decor was the number one spot in Guelph for me. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and process for installing the tile correctly. They also have several specialized craftspeople that they deal with and offer their customers free consultation with them so that the job is done correctly. My bathroom looks amazing .Their showroom display covers styles from modern, classic, traditional etc We have recommended them to family and friends everyone were very pleased. We now have a huge project to do (our kitchen, hallway, second bathroom and sunroom floors) and I will be returning to Ceramic Decor for their expertise advice. This second project was done poorly by another firm in Guelph not too long ago .”

“Dear Quarry Direct. I did a lot of research before commencing the renovation for the main level of my house. We decided on tile for our mudroom and laundry room and also needed tile for our hacksplash in the kitchen. Darek, the owner, was so helpful. I was able to call him, send him photos of tile that I liked (we live in stoney creek, a bit further from Mississauga where the showroom is located and with two small children were not able to come in for a consultation ) and he was able to come up with suggestions that matched the look we were going for and the budget. He responded quickly to all my questions. The finished product is high quality and beautiful and I would highly recommend quarry direct.”

“Marty at Extreme Merchandise was extremely helpful in providing information and consultation when my wife and i were looking to add a kitchen island to our house, he provided excellent advice and even took time to show and explain how to install the stone tile and chair rail that we purchased from him. We were planning on using a granite top but Marty talked to us and asked a bunch of questions about our house , lifestyle etc etc and said he would sell us the granite if that is what we wanted but he felt that we would be happier using a stone tile. He was absolutely right, the stone tile and chair rail that we installed on the top of our island turned out absolutely fantastic and my wife and I couldn't be happier with that choice”

“We'd had a bad experience with a general contractor who built a new ensuite shower that ended up leaking because they'd punctured the membrane; they rebuilt it halfway and then abandoned us. Andrew came to the rescue with a beautiful retiling of the shower. He was very precise about correcting a poor slope on the floor and helped us with figuring out how to tile the bench in a better way than before (which had led to the leak). It looks gorgeous. He was tidy, punctual, polite and pleasant, and got the job completed in a very efficient way. We'd be pleased to recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a beautiful, professional job with minimal hassle!”
