Dave is a creative genius especially when it came to making our vision come to life. He helped us with an Amazing bathroom remodel and did our tear off roofing (in one day and clean up was flawless). Even gutters were seamlessly perfect . I feel like I have a brand new home ! Dave/Next Gen met and exceeded our expectations . Super pleased ! My family ,friends and myself all have nothing but good things to say about Next Gen Construction . I’m hoping to hire them again for my siding job next year.”

“I am reporting a great experience on a remodel with Father & Sons Construction. I have a second floor porch that was open and never used due to the wind, rain and birds that regularly visited. I wanted it enclosed so I could use it as an office or something similar, even though I could not easily get ductwork. Early in 2023, I talked to many companies. Five came out but incredibly, only 2 offered proposals, despite many follow up calls (1 declined, 2 never responded). The contract was signed in March 2023. There was a delay for an appeal with the city because they wanted it bricked but the first floor was not bricked. Construction started in March 2024 and I just received the final inspection approval. Father & Sons Construction was very meticulous and spent a lot of time making sure everything was satisfactory. There were change orders that I approved, but no "surprise fees". The payment plan made sense (a small amount down, payment as the work progressed and the final payment when completely done). I would definitely use them again. The charges were reasonable. Some of my friends thought I could get it cheaper, but I think you often get what you paid for, and when problems arose, I didn't want to worry that the builder would then ask for extra money. As is often the case, they encountered unforeseen difficulties but worked around them without asking for extra money.”

“Sewi did a variety of jobs for me including installing windows, flashing, baseboards, and casing. He was very professional and adhered to the accelerated timeline I requested. He charged very reasonable rates and took particular care to ensure his work was done to a high standard. He offered many unique solutions for difficult areas such as a faux beam suggestion that ended up looking great. He also fixed a couple spots in my flooring that a previous contractor had not done properly. The results were better than I expected and I would definitely recommend him.
