“I am reporting a great experience on a remodel with Father & Sons Construction. I have a second floor porch that was open and never used due to the wind, rain and birds that regularly visited. I wanted it enclosed so I could use it as an office or something similar, even though I could not easily get ductwork. Early in 2023, I talked to many companies. Five came out but incredibly, only 2 offered proposals, despite many follow up calls (1 declined, 2 never responded). The contract was signed in March 2023. There was a delay for an appeal with the city because they wanted it bricked but the first floor was not bricked. Construction started in March 2024 and I just received the final inspection approval. Father & Sons Construction was very meticulous and spent a lot of time making sure everything was satisfactory. There were change orders that I approved, but no "surprise fees". The payment plan made sense (a small amount down, payment as the work progressed and the final payment when completely done). I would definitely use them again. The charges were reasonable. Some of my friends thought I could get it cheaper, but I think you often get what you paid for, and when problems arose, I didn't want to worry that the builder would then ask for extra money. As is often the case, they encountered unforeseen difficulties but worked around them without asking for extra money.”

Our basement bathroom was a nightmare and him and his designer turned it into my favorite room in the house. “This is the company you want to hire!! We hire them to do a renovation of our living room, they did an INCREDIBLE job. We are SO happy with the final results. They are not the type of company that would take shortcuts, they do it the right way to give their clients THE BEST. All their crew is awesome, they are so professional, respectful of the house and clients. They were always very clean ( as clean as you can be when you are demolishing and constructing). The quality of their job is outstanding and they are very easy to communicate with, never had a problem with communication, invoices, etc...They are a trustworthy company with a trustworthy crew. (We were out of town for a couple of months and they had the keys to our home to finish their job and all good!). The price is fair for the quality of their job. You all know how tough is to find a good and trustworthy contractor, they check all the boxes and we will definitely hire them for future projects and recommend them to all our family and friends. *In the photos attached you can see the before and after. Unfortunately, we forgot to take the before pictures when everything was empty so the only ones we have are from the listing in Zillow. The change was HUGE. One of the biggest things we did was raise the ceiling and the floor. They did great!!”
