“I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by this company and crew. We needed cosmetic repair from a leak on a high cathedral ceiling in an open concept area between two rooms and hallways, with one side against a stone fireplace surround. It had created stains and the drywall was coming apart. We were unsure if there was any mold or structural damage underneath. They checked that first and let us know that it was still in good shape, which shows me they are trustworthy because they could have said otherwise without us knowing any better just to make an extra buck. They kept the repair confined to the area that needed it without making it into a bigger job in other ways, too. Since this was an open concept space, someone could have said it was necessary to go further for appearance sake, but they didn't. They were timely and hard-working and while they had the scaffolding there, also patched a few other high areas where drywall was chipping and replaced some lightbulbs. On a big open area it could be easy to see where a smaller patch was put in, but the drywall is seamless and they did an excellent job matching the paint color. No matter what time of day, the lighting does not show that anything was ever a problem. Shout out to Slava, Inna, Rubin, and the other crew member whose name I'm sorry I don't remember. I also want to mention seeing plans and photos of a new construction project they were doing at the same time because the design and workmanship was inspirational and gorgeous”

As general contractors, they managed our project which included new roof shingles, repair to roof rafters, replacing windows, shingle shake siding, walnut floors, kitchen/bath cabinetry, interior/exterior painting, tile installation and much more. They are very professional, responsive and communicate effectively. Looking Glass Builders crafted a detailed budget for the project and kept all costs within the budget. They work with a great team of sub-contractors and Looking Glass Builders ensured that all work was done to a very high quality. We are very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend.”

“Eric and his whole crew at A&S are amazing. You will start your project with an incredibly well defined contract going over every detail of the renovation with COSTS and a schedule of when the work will be done. You review the contract with him multiple times detail by detail, he is clear that if it's not in the contract the work will be subject to a change order because he schedules his teams to do the job throughly and on time. We started out project with a line by line contract detailing the work, the costs, the foreseeable variables, and our estimated $142,749 contract came in at $148,886 - $3,715 of which was due to rot behind an exterior wall and siding that had to be replaced down a whole outside wall of the house. The rest was add ons that we initiated during the process. His team is professional, courteous and so good at what they do - and all of the work was top notch. I honesty can't say enough about how professional Eric is: renovation is an exhausting and expensive process - it was truly amazing to have it done exactly as promised - on time, on cost, and beautifully. Count yourself lucky if he can work you into his schedule.”
