Tile & Stone Contractors Near Guelph

“We had a great experience with Smart Renovations from start to finish. We renovated our main floor, including the kitchen, dining area, powder room, and staircase. The project included new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, baseboards and casings, painting and popcorn ceiling removal, as well as completely updating the stairs, railings, and pickets. What stood out to us most was how organized the whole process was. Tina and her team were very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the renovation. We were given clear timelines and deadlines, and the pricing was detailed and upfront, which made it much easier to plan everything without worrying about unexpected surprises. The consistency of the work was also a big plus. There weren’t long breaks or gaps in the project. The team was pretty much there every day, all day, from start to finish, which kept everything moving. I also really liked that Smart Renovations has a full team with people who specialize in different parts of the renovation. Having the design, project management, cabinetry, stairs, flooring, and other trades coordinated through one company made things much easier. Their showroom was another great feature. Being able to see the actual materials, finishes, colours, and options in person made choosing everything much easier. For us, time was a big factor. With kids and a busy family, we didn’t want a renovation dragging on for months or to constantly be coordinating different contractors. We were willing to spend a little more to have a process that was well planned and organized rather than simply going with the cheapest option. In our case, it was definitely worth it. The project was originally expected to take 4–5 weeks, but they completed it in about 3.5 weeks, which I found really impressive. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out and with the quality of the work. The whole team was professional, responsive, accommodating, and easy to deal with. Renovations can obviously be stressful, but having everything organized and coordinated through one company made the experience much easier. I would definitely recommend Smart Renovations, especially if you value your time and want a renovation that is well planned, organized, and keeps moving.”

“Hired Easy Renovation for a full bathroom remodel on one of my rental properties floor tiles, wall tiles, plumbing, electrical, vanity, the works and they wrapped everything up in under a week. The tile work is clean, the fixtures look sharp and modern, and the whole project came in exactly at the estimated price with zero surprises. They kept the site tidy every single day which honestly isn't common with contractors.”

“We just completed our second project with Gilbert & Cunningham Property Services and like the first a couple of years ago, we could not be happier with both process and results. Scott is very customer focussed; he listens to his clients' needs and works collaboratively to find the best solution. Working with both Scott and Brad is a positive experience right from the planning stage through to project completion. They are a skilled, talented, creative, trustworthy and dependable team. In our case, where they involved external experts for part of the job, we felt confident in their choice and were not disappointed. Our last project involved replacement of interior doors, trim and baseboards throughout our condo and this recent one involved instalment of new tile flooring throughout the entrance way, laundry room and existing kitchen. We are now benefitting from top-quality results and are very appreciative of the professional work that was done. We would recommend Gilbert & Cunningham Property Services Inc. without hesitation.”
