“We had our Kitchen done in 2007, started the leg work in late fall of 2006. OMG, the easiest process from start to finish, with picking out the cabinets, hardware, the appliances, lighting, everything is on schedule and on target. We did our own ceiling painting and wall painting, they did the rest, the floors, granite countertops etc. It's a lot of decision making in flooring, plumbing, lighting, the design of the cabinets, hardware, the quality of the wood, functionality and Kate was wonderful with helping with decisions etc. Everything ran like clockwork. Total time was 8 weeks with the construction, weeks before with what to design, signing the contract etc. Would have been shorter but one board was off color so we waited for that and once it came in, all was done. The easiest people to work with, even their subcontractors, neat, clean, courteous. I left my house as it was xmas time etc and felt secure and safe with the workers. They even offered a hot plate for us and we set up a small kitchen in our dining room while the work was being done. Got there when they said there were and left everything neat and orderly at the end of the day. It's been 5 1/2 yrs and if there is something that needs to be fixed, Kevin comes right out to take a look at it and fix whatever it is, usually something small. Totally satisfied with the look and design and function of the kitchen. Kate is a great designer and knows what goes with what. Great family business and I have referred friends to them as well and they too have used Homestead. The results are in the kitchen, it's just beautiful. I know when the time comes to sell my home, the kitchen is what will sell the house.”
