“Extraordinary experience We recently completed a guest bathroom renovation project with Artisan Kitchen & Bath, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our original bathroom was a standard builder-grade space—plain white and beige, with a basic tub/shower combo. We wanted a tiled shower and a bathroom that felt inviting for our guests, but we had only a simple color palette and very little design direction. “I was having issues with my dryer heating properly. A repairman determined that the issue was not the dryer itself, but possibly the outlet, based upon the significant power cord damage that was discovered. Though I am a DIYer and felt as though I could replace the outlet myself, I was concerned that it was a more serious wiring issue. (The outlet and cord were significantly worn and charred and could have possibly led to a fire over time.) I called Ray at The Home Advisor Specialists and explained the issue. He agreed to come out and take a look. He was punctual in arriving at the agreed upon time. He was very thorough and found that the issue was not the actual wiring itself, but a loose screw in the fuse box. He said that because I had the skills to replace the outlet myself, he would give me the option to repair it if I would like. He told me what I would need to purchase from the hardware store and talked me through how I would make the connections, ensuring that I was comfortable with the steps. He even suggested that I send him pictures as I made the repairs to ensure they were done correctly before reconnecting the power, which I did. To top it off, he did not even charge me for the visit, though I tried to insist he be compensated for his time. I have never experienced that level of professionalism and integrity from a repairman. I recommend him highly and without reservation.”

“Vadim is a joy to work with! The crew of regulars is knowledgeable, dedicated to quality, and a lovely team to have working in your house. We hired him to complete a kitchen/dining room renovation project that had gone south with another contractor, and the contrast in workmanship and work ethic was night and day. Vadim provided some good design suggestions, and made it easy to make a few changes on the fly. Also, he sought additional quotes for floor finishing when he thought one was too high. Pricing for the whole project was transparent and itemized. For the most part the subs were great. There was one that was not up to par; however, Vadim deemed the work was unacceptable and had his regular guy come and fix it. They even went beyond the contract scope and touched up other problem areas. It was great having a contractor working in our best interest. I cannot wait to have Parksdale come back next year to remodel our bathrooms.”
