The showroom floor manager, Sally, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. She is confident in her recommendations and definitely makes the overwhelming process of choosing tile incredibly easy. The showroom is very nice with a fantastic selection of both stocked and special order tiles. The customer service is top notch! American Import Tiles is definitely worth checking out -- you will not be disappointed!

American Import Tiles, Ltd. was recommended by our contractor. We replaced a shower and floor in the master bath with tile we purchased there. The selection in the showroom is perfect (not overwhelming). There is a large variety of colors, textures and styles. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with Sally, who was great! I was able to bring samples home to get a better idea of the appearance. I would definitely do business with them again and refer my family and friends.

My husband and I went to the showroom to get some ideas for our bathroom remodel. We looked at a marble tile and thought that was the one. Sally approached us and asked if she could help. She told us that she could show us another tile that would be better, cheaper and look great with half the upkeep, it was porcelain. Sally made more suggestions and loaned us samples to take home and check out in our own setting. We loved the look of marble with the price of porcelain and can't wait until our contractor finishes our job. We will return to shop with Sally for our future project. very professional person. I can tell you I have gone to every tile store there is on the Southside of Chicago and looked on line for tile for my shower wall and bathroom floor. I walked into American Import Tile and what an experience. First the staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and their stock is fantastic. They came up with great ideas and the price was great. I had also purchased mosiac tile from another company to compliment the shower wall tile and my handyguy would not hang it so I was in a quandary as to what to do. I called American Import Tile and talked to Gary. Gary gave me a number of a tile installter and now all is good. I would come back here first before going anywhere else again. The Service is just excellent. Next on to the Kitchen!!

Please do not waste your time to visit other places. This is it! American Import Tiles are extremely helpful and they have great prices. The staff will offer a lot of time to help design a project. They do not pressure, they will let you shop around and take samples, and guess what, you will be coming back to them. What makes this company outstanding is the time, effort, knowledge, professionalism and prices! You bet, I list it all. I always had wonderful experience with this company. I am extremely satisfied and it's hard to satisfy me! What a wonderful place. Next time you have a project, please visit them! Best of luck.
