We apologize again that you feel as if we made a mistake with your order. As you stated your contractor made the mistake. Why blame us? The quantity ordered is not unheard of for a bathroom. It was NEVER brought to our attention that you were only tiling a shower floor. We were under the impression that this was being used for a bathroom remodel, and the quantity ordered for a bathroom would not raise any red flags at all.

Your wife who purchased the material gave us the quantity needed based upon what your Contractor told her. We did not come to your home and take any measurements. That is why we rely on you or your Contractor to provide them. We went over our return policy and that was also signed off and acknowledged that it was Special Order and cannot be returned or cancelled, yet we still tried to help you and make an exception for return. It is also not mentioned in your review the urgency for the material and how quickly we were able to get that in for you, only after it had arrived was the quantity questioned by you.

The 30% restock fee is a fee that we were charged from the factory and we pass that on to you since we did not make a mistake in providing incorrect quantities. I apologize that you are unhappy with your experience with us. We feel we are doing as much as possible to work with you while keeping in mind that we did not make a mistake here.
