We needed to replace original wood flooring in a 60-year-old rancher update. Carpet One was recommended. They helped from selection of the flooring to installation. Their expertise in preparing a solid base has created a level and squeak-free floor that we will enjoy for years to come. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing! Always kind, very knowledgeable about all types of flooring. Great guides through the process of picking out floors and how to install in home. Their installers are knowledgeable, curious, and talented. They fixed problems other flooring guys did. They did our hardwood, tile and carpets in our home. Each team were great. Their prices are competitive to other stores so the extra amazing service is worth going in. CarpetOne takes care of you from order to completion of install. Worth noting, other cheaper flooring companies don’t stand behind installers. If you think CarpetOne cost more it is worth a few extra dollars to have your home floors done right! Trust me. We went cheep, installers ruined our floors and we needed replace in two years. The floor store said the wood floors were not guaranteed due to bad install…from what I researched, that is what they always say.

We have utilized Carpet One several timers for our flooring needs over the years. Each experience has been exceptional. They are always extremely helpful and are willing to do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. Rhonda and Antonio are the best! We worked with them to update two rooms with wood floors to match the rest of our house and they made it seamless and gorgeous! They’re very professional, on time and courteous! I’d hire them again for future projects!

Initially I decided to go with Carpet one in San Ramon, only because it was in the neighborhood. I am so thrilled that i did...the service was exceptional. I put in laminate floors in my living & kitchen area with under floor heating & carpet for my 2 bedrooms & stairs. Ken Cormier was the project manager and he was a pleasure to work with. He is super knowledgeable. He was always available to answer all my questions & advise me on padding, etc etc. His advise was honest and was not just about buying the most expensive. He made the whole process so easy and effortless. I needed a electrical permit & a handyman for the heated floors, Ken recommended few and worked with them to fit into my schedule, I did not have to worry about anything. At the time of installation, Ken was there everyday to give me an update on what they were going to do. The installers where also really great, they did the work, cleaned up & were on time. They were mindful of my personal belongings & they did an excellent job. If u want great looking floors & exceptional service go to Carpet One Floor & House in San Ramon.

We had carpeting replaced in several rooms. The sales team was very helpful – taking extra time to show me all the options available in my price range and the various features of each. Oscar and crew did a fantastic job. I mean, they REALLY did a great job. They were on time, professional and the new carpet looks great! The project went very smoothly we are super happy with the end result!

From start to finish, my experience with Carpet One in San Ramon was fantastic. My contractor sent me there to meet with Leah to select carpet for my renovation project. Leah is knowledgeable about all the various products, took all the time needed to listen to my preferences and then to show me a number of different options. The store has a wonderful selection of carpets and Leah was a great help to me in narrowing my choices. Once I'd made a selection, she handled the paperwork promptly and communicated throughout. When it came time to select a carpet size for an area rug, she was an invaluable help in determining the best size and orientation for the rug in my master bedroom. The install was done right on time and they did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! I went back into the store this past week to look for a small accent rug for the powder room to finish the job. There's a reason this store has a great reputation in the Tri-Valley area. I recommend them very highly!

Carpet One did an EXCELLENT job replacing our hardwood floors and baseboards throughout our house. Job was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. We want to highly recommend Carpet One of San Ramon for your flooring needs. We took in a few bids and their pricing was reasonable. We choose them because the project manager Ivan Castillo was responsive, listened to our vision and told us we would have the same team every day. Ivan also said they could do a “picture frame” tile rug at entry. Our team was Alfredo and Omar. They installed porcelain 24 x 24 tile in an offset pattern and new baseboards on the majority of our downstairs which took 5 days. They were here every morning on time with a smile. They were careful and respectful of our property. They cleaned up everything each night before leaving. The tiles were cut and laid with precision. Alfredo and Omar are true artisans! The entryway is gorgeous and we get many compliments, even from other contractors who came to put in counters or paint. That says a lot. We love our new flooring and will use Carpet One of San Ramon for future rooms requesting Alfredo and Omar to do the work.
