I think purchasing tile online has to be one of the hardest things to do. One can never be 100% if the picture will represent the product. But I can tell you my experience with Filmore Clark was nothing short of amazing! Lee answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, before AND after the purchase. I anticipated having to wait 3 to 4 weeks for delivery but the tile arrived in about a week. All the pieces were packaged very carefully! The picture represented the tile very well and I was pleased with how well the pieces fit my concept. In total I purchased 8 tiles. The sizes and details were exactly as described. The tile was priced in line with tile I had shopped for and was worth every penny!
