Fireclay Tile

While I was initially pleased with the look of the tiles, it wasn't until my tile installer showed up to do my backsplash that he pointed out the crazy amount of size variance from tile to tile, making an even and uniform pattern with straight lines virtually impossible. After I discovered this variance, I looked back through Fireclay's website and tech sheets and while they do mention this size variance, it is not prominently displayed or explained nor was it ever mentioned to me by the Fireclay design consultation who I spoke with during my free consultation. As someone who has never picked out tile before, I just assumed all tiles in the same lot would be the same size. I mean, who wants uneven tiles after all? Fireclay should do a better job of highlighting this size variance.

I just ordered my tiles so I can't speak to anything past the ordering process, however, everything to this point has been beyond my expectations. Throughout the course of the past nearly two years I have ordered many samples in the quest to find the perfect size, color, variation level, etc. There was never an ounce of pressure applied to get me to make a quicker decision despite my being a little all over the place for a while. The customer service is supreme! Alisha could not have been more generous with her time offering support and guidance from soup to nuts! Every question I had she answered quickly and fully making sure I was confident every step of the way. I am so excited to receive my tiles and I am positive they are going to look even better than expected.

I couldn’t love the Fireclay tiles I used in my master bathroom, daughters room, and laundry room. They have the best color options out there! I LOVED working with Terapan on tile sizes and colors. Couldn’t recommend Fireclay more!

So thrilled with our Chaine Homme tile from Fireclay. We worked closely with Terapan, one of their designers, who was super helpful at figuring out the right tile, color and trim to go behind our kitchen stovetop and coordinate with the rest of our existing kitchen backsplash. Love the end result!

We have used Fireclay Tile for five (!) bathroom projects, two different houses. They have gorgeous handmade tiles that come in all different colors and shapes, and their customer service is outstanding. I spent a lot of time researching online before I chose them, and nothing else came close for the quality or the pricing. My only piece of advice would be to order as far ahead as possible once you know what you want, since anything handmade takes some time. But the wait is worth it! Even my tile installer was raving about how beautiful and easy it was to complete our projects!

The customer service at fireclay is first class. I had the pleasure if working with Kristina and she was knowledgeable, fast and kind. In my experience, some small boutique type vendors can be “too cool for school” This is NOT the case with fireclay. Thank you for being so helpful, patient and professional
