I ordered backsplash tile from floorzz.com and could not have had a better experience. They were very communicative throughout the ordering process, and my tile was delivered 2 days after placing my order. All of the pieces arrived packed very well and not one was broken. I would absolutely use this company again.

Ordered floors online that are critical for a project. Have sent several follow ups. Have received no response. It’s now been 11 business days since our order. No update to the online system and no response to my inquiries.

Ordered 1 box of flooring on Dec. 22 website stated delivery by January 5th . Called January 5th for an update and they said they were delayed due to holidays but it would likely ship out that day and I will receive tracking number via email . Did not receive anything so I called back for an update January 9th to which they said it had not been 14 business days yet and was still within their shipping time frame . Called back for an update January 15th they said it had not shipped yet . A few hours after phone call I receive email stating ordered was canceled and refund was issued . Had to cal back for a reason to which they stated they are not able to give me a timeframe on my order and don’t want me calling back to check everyday .

Ordering from this team was easy and everyone was kind and responsive so I understand their good reviews. Our troubles started after we paid for the flooring. I went with Floorz specifically because they could get my specialty flooring in on time despite them not being the most economical. We were in the middle of renovations and I was heavily pregnant and on a tight timeline. My floors were delayed by months and they didn’t have to be had Jamie followed up on my order and it would have been longer if not for my following up. When the floors were finally delivered I was 3 weeks postpartum and missed the delivery driver’s call and got charged a re-delivery fee which Jamie said she would work to get from the vendor but never heard back. Good service means orders should be managed through delivery and not through payment. The product was well packaged and great condition.

Incredible customer service! Crissie and Jamie were so wonderful to work with! Our local flooring store wanted to charge us double the amount per sq ft for the LVP we were interested in. We reached out to the Floorzz team and received a response within a few hours with a quote we were happy with. We were nervous about ordering flooring online, since we weren't local to the area, but the Floorzz team was incredibly helpful and communicative about our order and throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I would not do business with Floorzz. The experience was far less than what I expected and the response from ownership was really suprising. There are lots of options. Choose another one for your flooring needs.

Floorzz customer service was Superb! Thank you Tela for your quick responses. Order tile backsplash for my kitchen. Received tile 3 days after shipped. Promised within 14 days. So thrilled we got in 3 days. Below is a picture but it is not grouted yet. It was packed very well. I was nervous we would receive them with cracks.

I was undecided on which tile to buy and left my selection in my "cart" as I did more research at other sites. The next day I was contacted by the owner asking if I needed help with it and she was able to beat the price of her competitors. The tile arrived quickly (in 2 days!) and the delivery driver was such nice guy -putting the pallet into my garage & out of the way. The tile itself is beautiful! We used it on the bedroom fireplace backsplash and will use it on our next project which is the master bathroom floor & backsplash. I highly recommend Floorzz for all of your tile needs -this will be my go-to tile store from now on.

They were great! Got my order our so quickly. The person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. The price was lower then my local wood store.

I wanted to thank the Floorzz company for an outstanding experience with my hardwood flooring purchase. Crissie the owner went above and beyond on price and service in order to make my project a reality and win my business. I was seriously considering not doing the project until I came upon their website. I was also nervous about making a large purchase online. Again Crissie assured that communications were continuous throughout the process, and also helped resolve a shipping glitch that would have put the project behind schedule.
