Granada Tile

We love Granada Tile. Everything from the product itself to the expert help along the way makes it one of our favorites. We have used Granada Tiles in so many of our projects and always get such a great response from clients. The website is really fun to explore and create your own custom look- it is a really special product and offers a really great wow factor for our projects.

I am beyond dissatisfied with Granada Tile. I placed my order in July and STILL have not received my order (it is now mid-November). In addition to the incredibly long wait time, customer service has been lacking. I worked with a specific sales representative in the beginning and asked her for details on my expected ship date and received no response. After following up, all she responded with was 'I did send you a response.' After double checking my inbox and trash to confirm I received no response, I asked her to forward the email she sent and again received no response at all. I will never do business with this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I have never had a worse customer experience than this. My bathroom project was anticipated to be complete by the end of October. The only thing holding it up is the tile. Frustrated doesn't begin to describe how I feel. UPDATE - finally received SOME of the tile and about half of it is damaged. I honestly can't think of words that can do justice in describing the level of dissatisfaction I have with this company.

Marcos and Melanie of Granada Tile not only have an incredible eye for design and some of the best cement tiles, but they are also very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to any designer, architect, or homeowner.

Our company Design Vidal has been installing cement tiles in kitchens and bathrooms and on decks for 6 years, at the rate of one installation per month. Granada Tile's designs are a breath of fresh air. Our clients love them. The tile patterns are at once classic and contemporary. The product is superior. Every tile looks like it's been through quality control: no cracks, no chips, the color is even, the pigment is saturated deep into the tile. The patterns are clean and there is no color bleed. We enjoy dealing with Melanie and Lupe and Erika. They are very professional and respond promptly. I highly recommend this tile for home and commercial use, for the end consumer and for designers alike.

I have had nothing but great experience with Granada Tile. Their professionalism and knowledge of their product have made my projects a true success! I first experience them on a friend recommendation when I was looking for unique cement tile for a residential project for an entry way and a kitchen. After some design-planning with team GRANADA we installed the black and white Cluny 888, the results were fantastic! Two years later and they look great, I personally liked they way they patina and their old world look. Then my second time, was when I designed an open bathroom a year ago that required a WAO effect tile to complete my vision, this time I used the Fez 928. It absolutely looks fantastic! Of course all works out when you have a great product and the support team behind it. Until my next project!

I have used Granada Tile in as many projects as I can. The tiles are absolutely exquisite and the company's attention to detail in all aspects of the transaction is impeccable. I would highly recommend them.
