Ivy Hill Tile

Never received the item, never received any communication about my order. Web site shows item is no longer available. I would appreciate a refund.

The tiles themselves are lovely but the way they are shipped are atrocious! I dont know what it wrong with people that they wouldnt pack tiles safely for shipping, its not rocket science! I have now placed two orders of multiple boxes for this tile and both orders have been broken because they werent packed well for shipment. Whoever packs these tiles should be fired. I have been waiting months and months for this order because of the two times so far the shipment has been broken. I lost my contractor cause they couldnt wait any longer. After this project we will never use Ivy Hill Tile again!!

I love my Zellige looking tiles, but some of the tiles have very tiny bubbles on the surface. Because the tiles have different shades, my tile installer mixed up the boxes in accordance with the installation guide. There must have been one box that had some tiles with bubbles.

Was worried about purchasing from the company based on the previous review that was left. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Ivy Hill Tile. The tiles arrived promptly and packaged securely so no damages occurred in transit. Love the way this tile accents our new bathroom. Would highly recommend to anyone considering their products.
