The quality of service from start to finish was incredibly professional. Each staff member along the way was incredibly knowledgable and easy to work with. The price of the product was extremely competive and worth every penny. They give you realistic deadlines and delivered the product in earlier than expected. I would use them for any upcoming project.

We had kitchen counters replaced by Mountain Marble & Granite last month. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Choosing the granite took less than an hour, communications were ample, the measuring and installation went as planned and were on schedule. The price was reasonable. The finished result exceeded our expectations.

Mountain Marble has come through for me again! They were my one stop shop for all of the granite, quartzite and stone for all of the different rooms in my new home. They have a great variety with new and unique slabs that made it hard to choose which ones I wanted from the wide selection. They provided me with excellent service during covid and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident with my selections. Once they went to fabrication, again, they did an amazing job. Now, after 10 months, I found a small flaw in the kitchen quartzite that we had not noticed before, and they sent their fabricator right out for a beautiful repair. I highly recommend t their products and this company!

Mountain Marble was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are building a custom home in Asheville, NC and we visited several countertop vendors and once we viewed what Mountain Marble had to offer, we did not have to look any farther. They consistently have new and exciting slabs arriving in the yard. They also have a wide variety of remnants to look through for the smaller areas we needed. We found something for every one of the rooms we were looking for, all within his yard. Hank was very pleasant to work with and communication was excellent, especially since we were doing selections during the Covid lockdown time. Hank was also very good at adjusting with us when we had to make changes in some of our selections. We were pleased with the production of the slabs and they fit perfectly in the house and they took great care and pride in their work. Carl, in the production area, was efficient and happy to help. We would highly recommend them!

The whole team at Mountain Marble was wonderful to work with. We started our project with phone calls and visits to 3-4 countertop dealers, but quickly decided Mountain Marble was where we'd do business. Working with Hank or Jeremy didn't feel transactional as it did at many other shops- we felt that we were being given advice from a friend. In the end, we had a couple change orders mid process, and Hank was able to come up with creative solutions. Every interaction with staff here, from the owner, to sales, templating, installation, and the cutting floor was positive. Shout outs to Dwayne, Jeremy, Karl, and Hank for job well done.

The new granite (White Ice) we put in our kitchen is so beautiful. We also loved the marble that was installed in our bathroom. Hank was amazing from start to finish. Great customer service, professional, excellent craftsmanship, easy to work with and attention to detail. Everything was done perfectly. Mountain Marble replaced my tired granite kitchen counters and island with fabulous new Cambria quartz. They did a great job all the way from initial measurements to installation. Communication was excellent. Timeline very reasonable. Highly recommend!
