Derek, Barbara and Cindy are the biggest pleasure to deal with. I have been a designer for over 40 years, when I found Quarry Direct I switched my Business from Toronto. If they don't have it and most of the time they do, there selection is extensive and beautiful they source it. If you haven't experienced Quarry, its a must. Quarry Direct has a varied and extensive selection of tiles and constantly seem to get new ones in! Its a designers dream ! Its been a pleasure to work with Natalia, Dave and Josh there through the year. They provided great support, went the extra mile to get what i was looking for AND delivered all the orders on time making it smooth sailing for my projects. I would highly recommend Quarry if you want quality and service.

We've enjoyed dealing with QUARRY team, we had a great and excellent experience, all of them were so helpful, having the sense of matching between color and material, the prices were competitive and they have a huge variety of tiles .... All the tiles that I wanted, I found at QUARRY. I did my kitchen floor, back splash, servery area, entrance, laundry and bathrooms. When you are looking for something unusual and unique, you should try QUARRY.

'QUARRY' answer from BELLOW is WORTHLESS, did not respond to my emails (?!), has my home address and my phone in the computer, what kind of 'solution' they want? Are they going to refund $255 or what? The worse experience. At the end of last November I placed an order value $1,600 with my credit card. The tiles were delivered late and I had some issue. By the time of purchase the sales person told me clear and loud that I can return items which they had in the store on the shelf if does not work out with the rest of the items. When I returned defective and mismatch color items, value $255 , the owner offered me $60 cash (!). Not accepted. After exchanging emails, the owner offered $115 refund, after another email he offered $150 and then QUIET. Now I have no choice than to escalate this to the third party. BE AWARE when you buy! They take your money, than they attached the receipt to the invoice and they don't mention anything about 'fine printing' in the very light color. There is no signature or any sales person name on the invoice. Also no name on the emails. I am wondering why they are hiding and why they are afraid of. Amazing customer service, great tile selection, prompt delivery I first visited store because they carried the tile brand that I wanted. Purchased my tiles as they had Amazing customer service, very knowledgable, friendly and was able to deliver my tiles the fastes at a better price than big chain store.

Dear Quarry Direct. I did a lot of research before commencing the renovation for the main level of my house. We decided on tile for our mudroom and laundry room and also needed tile for our hacksplash in the kitchen. Darek, the owner, was so helpful. I was able to call him, send him photos of tile that I liked (we live in stoney creek, a bit further from Mississauga where the showroom is located and with two small children were not able to come in for a consultation ) and he was able to come up with suggestions that matched the look we were going for and the budget. He responded quickly to all my questions. The finished product is high quality and beautiful and I would highly recommend quarry direct.
