They are a very reputable company that treats all customers with respect and answers all their questions. They almost always have everything needed for the job, even when it's a last minute project which helps a lot. And if they don't have it, they will always get it. The prices are, in my opinion, are about as fair as they can be. While they may not be the "cheapest" they are the best bang for buck in my books, good quality products for a fair price. Their mortars, metal profiles and especially their grouts are definitely the highlight of Tilemaster. The mortar is the best I've ever used, their tile edging/transition racks are always stocked. Most importantly is the quality of the grout. Kiesel makes the best grout on the market, one that I will always use and recommend. Well, that about says it.
