“ORIGINAL REVIEW/ONE STAR I have tried for several months, now, to get this place to RESPOND to email requests for samples. Most tile places have a button to click to "add sample to cart" and you can pay and get them shipped without speaking to anyone. Not Discount Tile. I was instructed (after calling the company) to email my sample choices to them. I was assured that they would email or call me back, confirm my tile choices, get payment info, and a shipping address. Seems cumbersome and tedious, right? Yep. I've decided to quit while I'm ahead. They've demonstrated incompetence, an unwillingness to sell their product, and a lack of interest in helping a potential customer. All bad signs. I have four bathrooms to tile and one kitchen, but won't be spending any of my money at Discount Tile. UPDATE on 1/31/16 FOUR STARS Shortly after I posted the above review, I was called by Adam, of Discount Tile. He expressed regret about my experience with his company and was sincere about "making it right." He assured me that the samples I wanted would be shipped immediately, and at no charge. They arrived a day or two later, gorgeous and in perfect condition. I'm working on my first bathroom remodel now and will decide which sample I will use very soon. Because of my conversations with Adam (via phone and email), I will be giving Discount Glass Tile another chance. I have been convinced that they care about their customers and want to deliver the best service possible. My experience with DGT has vastly improved and so has their star rating. I'll update this review again, after tile selection process, tile delivery, installation, etc.”

“My husband and I Love everything about this showroom and the wonderful sales professionals that helped create our home. We had just bought a new home that had just the very basic builder grade tile (that you could find anywhere). We got a really good price on the home and so decided, we needed to upgrade the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen The ladies that helped us were so happy, nice and excited about our project. They did not want to just sell us tile, they helped us design a fabulous home with tile and stone that looked way more expensive than they really were. Our finished project was more beautiful than I could have ever asked for. The sales ladies were so confident and knowledgeable about the design, that it made us feel at ease.I will never shop anywhere else for tile and stone again. Thank You Cercan Tile!”

“We just had our kitchen countertops replaced with Vicostone Cayman Brown. They are beautiful! We were very pleased with our consultation with Patrick, the price was great, and the fabrication was done in a timely manner. The installers were very professional, and I couldn't believe how quick they took apart the old counters and installed the new quartz. “Last summer we decided to remodel our kitchen so we worked with Maze Lumber in Peru Illinois to come up with a perfect kitchen for us. While there we spotted Realstone and knew it would be perfect for our renovation. The staff at Maze made sure we had all the correct material to install the Realstone. We did all but put the counter top in ourselves and working with Realstone was one of the easier projects we did! We would recommend it to anyone wanting something unique and beautiful in any room of their home! We get endless compliments on our kitchen and it's definitely what stands out to them the most. We love it so much that we are using it in our current bathroom remodel.”

“I acquired natural granite slab raw material from Perfect Marble & Granite (Sterling Heights / MI), coordinated through Abella Stone Ltd (Shelby Township / MI), for a kitchen countertop replacement project in my home. The project req'd over 80 sq..ft., which translated to two slabs. Worked with Laura at Perfect to choose a granite color and also to select the specific slabs for my project, which then were shipped to Abella to fabricate my finished counters from. Laura was a seriously valuable asset in assisting my wife & I in the effort to make the final selection among over 80 different granite styles of 3cm thick x 65 sq.ft. slabs which were very neatly organized within approx 50,000 sq.ft. of indoor warehouse space. Laura and Perfect were both very impressive and easy to work with, ensuring that we took the time to select the slabs best suited to our tastes and our job. Perfect enabled the opportunity to inspect a huge variety of high quality material (including marble, quartz, slate, others) and several pricing levels. It was interesting to say the least, provided us many ideas, and exposed us to a myriad of supplying countries.”
