“We contracted with Woodworks to replace the flooring on the first floor of our home and completely remodel the master bath. They removed old hardwood, carpet, tile and replaced with new tile. They also remodeled our master bath which including installing new tile floors, new bathroom vanities and sinks, and rebuilt the master walk-in shower. They did a great job with tile installation and bathroom remodel The only issue we had with them was with communication and scheduling the project. The project took about 2 weeks longer than projected because Woodworks admitted that they had committed to too many projects. Also, we did experience some communication challenges, primarily with them not always letting us know what to expect with the workers' daily schedules--arrival and completion times. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the quality of the products we chose and the installation.”
