“Adair's is almost finished putting in new flooring in our entire house. New carpeting upstairs and new hardwood downstairs as well as new floor in all the bathrooms. They have been great! Very helpful and patient while I was triing to make my choices. They had good suggestions and made every effort to keep me within my budget. Everything is finished except for one room and we couldn't be happier. They hardwood is beautiful and the carpet is luxurious. I would recommend them highly to anyone.”

“This is the 2nd flooring project Wallett's has done for us. The first was ceramic tile in a small powder room. This project was recarpeting our entire 2nd floor (4 bedrooms and hallway including the stairs). The entire installations took 2 days. The installers were very professional and inconvenience was minimal. The furniture was placed back exactly where it belonged. Removal of the old carpeting and cleanup after installation of the new carpeting was excellent. Wallett's is a family owned store with great customer service and wonderful prices. We could have shopped at the huge national chains but we chose to support a small, local business. The owners know us by name and were very helpful throughout the entire process- from selection through delivery and installation. They even sent us a hand written thank you note. Lovely, personal touch!”

“I contacted Gao and Sons to complete a job that a bad contractor started, and WOW! Gao came to give me an estimate the same day and started work right away. He and his team were courteous, professional, efficient, and fair. They completed the job within a couple days and did amazing work tiling my old kitchen floor. Gao called ahead to let me know when he was coming and made sure that the work being done met his high quality standards. I never wondered about what was being done or why--I was informed throughout the process. Gao and Sons' workers were all pleasant and respectful and did the job on-time and within my budget. I recommend them whole-heartedly and without reservation! Excellent work!”
