“Rocky Top was really recommended to us by All Wood Cabinets of Kingsport. We made a visit in February and we were impressed with this young lady. She was patient with us even though we had no idea of what we wanted to use in our kitchen which we had just gutted. We decided on the quartz and proceeded to have the cabinets installed. Once this was accomplished the folks from Rocky Top were there to take measurements and then install. Within two weeks the quartz was installed but there was just one small problem...our slide in range had not arrived after being on backorder since February. A small piece was installed in the back where the range would go so the tile folks from Providence Tile in Kingsport could install our tile correctly....end of May and the range finally arrived...one small problem ...the range could not slide back far enough because of the small quarts piece....big problem...nope...one call to Rocky Top and one of their terrific installers was there the next day and problem solved. That folks is service above and beyond. Past experience had told us that once the too are in and money is collected it is impossible to get them to do anything without further payment...not the folks at Rocky Top..they go beyond the norm and that is why we give them 5 stars and recommend them to all we know interested in new counter tops.
