“I dealt with Matt Graham at Jadestone. I used Jadestone for all my kitchen counters and they were great at adhering to my specs and needs as it was a full custom kitchern. The communcation was always clear and in a timely manner. The installation was quick and convenient as they were very flexible with the time frame. “I had gone to multiple tile stores in Calgary and with each one the stress of buying back splash was becoming evident. I walked into FloorEx one day and met Yulia Kudrina. She was amazing. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she "listened" to what my ideas were and politely gave me her opinions. I made multiple trips back and forth over the weeks trying different samples she had given me to try. Not once was she pushy and was always patient and understanding. We eventually found a natural stone back splash that I liked, order boxes in and they were exactly what they should be. Then I got the crazy idea to put a Medallion in the back splash as well. Yulia went above and beyond and found the perfect Medallion. (please see pictures below). I am in the customer service industry myself and Yulia Kudrina epitomizes what it takes to stand out above the rest. If you are looking for any sort of tile project you must go here.
