After my kitchen granite counter tops were installed and the guys had already left to go to their next job, I realized the granite edge next to my refrigerator had a small overhang - it was not cut flush with the cabinet. My new refrigerator was scheduled for delivery the next day and I needed that extra 3/4" for it to fit! I immediately called my sales person at Absolute Stone and they sent their installers back to cut off the excess overhang. Now my new fridge will fit PERFECT! They worked REALLY HARD. They had to remove it, take it outside to cut, then bring it back in and re-set it. There were only 2 installers, and it’s back breaking work. I felt so bad for them. They were very nice and did a GREAT job. The sales person was also wonderful to work with and helped me to create a beautiful new kitchen! Dina W. 11-21-19

Absolute Stone installed new kitchen countertops and bath vanities. They are absolute gorgeous! Their attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is exceptional. The crew that installed the countertops were highly skilled, professional, neat, and did an outstanding job (the one seam in our kitchen counter is virtually undetectable). Absolute Stone exceeded our expectations.

We had quartz countertops installed in the kitchen and guest bath. Felix and his crew did a great job and cleaned up everywhere when they were finished. We were very impressed with their work and their cheerfulness. Elizabeth was very helpful and I enjoyed working with her. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to work with the people at Absolute Stone.

I am giving Absolute Stone one star to be shared by service manager TJ, Lodie, and installers--they are assets to an otherwise very poorly managed organization. First, the sales person I worked with assured me that I would be notified before my granite was cut, so that could revisit AS and map out the pattern to the best advantage in my kitchen. She neglected to communicate this information with the fabricators, so the granite was cut without my input, so the handsomest areas of the granite pattern are not visible. Second, she incorrectly communicated the edging I selected. Fortunately, I caught this mistake in time. Third, she did not inform me that a template would not be drawn for my project, leaving me in the dark as to the status of my order. Fourth, the granite was not well sealed and stained within the first week of use (something TJ attempted to rectify but could not). My sales person had assured me that all stone was the same and that the price differentiation was due to pattern flow, not quality of stone. TJ informed me to the contrary--that the stone I selected was more porous than others. My own biggest mistake was in not cancelling my order at the time it was cut incorrectly. But heretofore, I would be remiss if I did not warn others to take caution when dealing with this company. I foolishly trusted them to guide me correctly; I warn others not to do the same. Three bathrooms in my home need remodeling. I will not use Absolute Stone for these projects. The owners of AS would do well to be more visible, honest, and hands-on with their customers.

We had a new kitchen countertop installed. The workers were very rough removing the counter and dinged up several parts of our walls. They installed new counters which look good but left a mess. Dry wall dust all over kitchen and chunks of drywall in cupboards. Dust over everything in garage when they used tools. Nice counters but messy workers.

Remodeling two bathrooms and getting the countertops done by Absolute Stone was the easiest part! Thanks to Elizabeth who was patient and helped us pick out our stone. This was our second project with them and we will use them again!

It was a joy to work with Absolute and I couldn't be happier with the stone. They were great all the way through the process and even following up after installation. It was a relatively small project, but were upfront about costs, budget, and met all our deadlines.

After 6 years in the commercial construction world, its become easy to distinguish a great contractor from the not-so-great. As a practice, I collect at least 3 quotes for every scope of work to be completed in my projects. Absolute came in at the lowest price, which was a wonderful surprise. They have a fantastic showroom with top notch customer service and sales associates. The Sales Associate (Christina Reese) that worked with me thru out my project was patient, explanative, and quick in her response to emails/questions. In addition, she was quite clear and supportive in her communications. Admittedly, it took my husband and I 6 months to nail down granite choices-Christina didn't bat an eyelash. The template was completed by Moises. He was prompt to the appointment, had an ease of communication, and clearly did a great job with the template as our countertops fit great upon install. (Also a tribute to Absolute's fabricators). In addition, I asked if he could teach me his method-what a great teacher! Lastly, the install. Brian and Leo rounded out my experience with a fabulous install. They worked seamlessly together in an efficient manner-each knowing exactly what to do. We first coordinated the best route into the kitchen and upstairs bath, then they checked the cabinets and walls for plumb/level/square prior to setting the granite. The kitchen walls were a little wavy, so they determined they would need to knock in a small section of drywall to make the clearance for the stove. **they explained what they needed to do and how they expected to accomplish it prior to taking action.** great customer service! **The second item that impressed me-they were the first contractor to actually shut the backyard sliding door when making a cut that produces a lot of dust. Outstanding attention to detail.** I would absolutely recommend this whole team to anyone!

Absolute Stone fabricated and installed new granite countertops in our kitchen. This is the second time we have utilized their services for countertop installations and they have always been courteous, flexible and provide great service. Our salesperson Elizabeth and our installer Eric are great people and easy to work with. We will definitely use Absolute Stone in the future for any other needs we have!!

Very professional and respectful staff. I am pleased with this company that I hired absolute stone to do my kitchen and I ended remodeling the 3 bathrooms in the house.
