I started out pricing tile products at home depot. I found we raceived a better deal at Bergerson tile with professional installation and extremely Knowledgeable sales associates. This is a family owned, local business that treats their customers like family as well. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Bergerson has been a fantastic "partner" to remodel our 1994 kitchen. They listened to our wants and needs, and we never felt rushed when we had appointments with them. They answered every email in a timely manner, They have experienced vendors that they use for cabinets and tile, and those products are exceptional. Tiffany (counters and tile) and Vicky (cabinets) are extremely knowledgeable about the products, and gave us good advice, both for what would work best in our space, and for what was trending now. Even when there seemed to be an unfortunate "glitch", which always seems to happen with construction, they handled it professionally, and offered solutions to help solve the problem. Our satisfaction was always foremost. We are waiting for the final install of all materials, but we are confident that the final result will be nothing less than the beautiful kitchen we are expecting. We will use them again for our master bath, and recommend them highly to anyone looking to remodel or construct a new home.

Bergerson Tile & Cabinets did a wonderful job from the selection process through installation. My husband and I appreciate working with a family-run business, who along with their staff, are skilled, knowledgeable, professional and caring. The installed a very complicated design for the tub surround and restored the original hex tile on the floor. The third photo is of the second bathroom vanity counter and backsplash. The fourth photo is of the floor in that bathroom. I highly recommend Bergerson!

We had a large amount of tile flooring installed. This was a big expense for us and we were pretty particular about the job. Everyone involved, from Carrie who helped us lay it out and pick the tile, to all three generations of Bergersons who helped us out, including Trask who oversaw the job, to Derek the foreman and all the crew, were great. All were very concerned with quality and our satisfaction. We did the kitchen, laundry, dining room and living room. Because of the size and location, it had the potential to be very disruptive to actually living in the house. The Bergerson crew was great in this regard, they made it as easy on us as was possible. All were a pleasure to work with. They were great to work with through out the process, and the finished product is even better. We will definitely call them for our next project.

If we could give Bergerson Tile & Stone 10 stars, we would! They are an incredible company that provided us with expert advice, first-rate guidance and superior workmanship. A person cannot go wrong hiring them. We had a flood in our bathroom that destroyed our floor as well as the shower. Trask Bergerson and his crew fit us in their busy schedule with a smile. They tore out, repaired and tiled; leaving an amazing new look. Working side-by-side Carrie proved to be such a valuable experience. Her knowledge and excellent customer service helped make the whole process smooth…what patience this young lady has! Trask and company went far beyond "the extra mile" on this job. These are good people that run an exceptional business and we highly recommend them.

Bergerson Tile & Stone is fantastic! The first time I stopped in, I was instantly greeted by Tiffany. She was great. She listened to what I was looking for and picked out some beautiful options. I went in several other times during our remodel process and all of the ladies I met were very kind and helpful. After I finally picked out my countertop slab the installers were great too! They worked with me on what I wanted and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgable, helpful and do a great job!

Purchased quartz for bathroom remodel, They templated for installation on vanity, cut hole for & installed undermount sink and hole for faucet. Had them install tile backsplash for this project as well. In my experience they failed miserably. No professionalism, no standard of excellence. The faucet hole was drilled too close to the backspash so that the sink plug lever on the back of the faucet is not operational. Took several attempts to get them to have a supervisor come take a look at their work. They offered no resolution and took no responsibility ... we totally cannot comprehend their 'what you got is what you got attitude'. They offered no solutions or resolutions. We now must spend our time and money to persue this matter via other entities. Please talk with and consider other contractors in this field.

This is a family run Tile and Stone Business. Every member of the family has an expertise in the business. You will be in aware of the vast amount of tile and stone section right in the store. They are so friendly. Will sit down with hot cookies from the oven and coffee and discuss either the fishing off Cuba or your project. Tiff can match and blend all your desires for any project - big or small - then the rest of the family goes to work and the end results are amazing. A great professional design team. Such Fun and Happiness!!
