We recently finished renovations on a house which we purchased in December 2016. New granite countertops from Cadenza Granite and Marble were installed in the kitchen, master bath and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. We could not have been more pleased with the service and support we received from this local company. Caroline Garcia was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, always responding quickly to our phone or email messages. Her attention to detail and attentiveness were much appreciated. She cheerfully answered all our questions – many of them inquiries she must have heard hundreds of times! Even company owner Ron Hannah helped in our decision making process. The fabrication shop at Cadenza is second to none with its state-of-the-art technology and equipment. The fact that this Concord, NC business was named National Fabricator of the Year is a testament of its excellence in project design, fabrication, installation and customer service. We experienced all this and more and recommend Cadenza highly.

From the initial consultation through the template process, scheduling and finally the installation we were treated professionally and made to feel our job was their number one priority. When I had a concern on the final stage of installation, Ron Hannah was quick to respond and the Installers came back out and finished the job exceeding our expectations. High praise for Cadenza! We just remodeled our kitchen and used Cadenza for the countertops. We worked with Caroline to find the right color and product for our project - she was very patient as we narrowed down the many options. She provided information about the different kinds of surfaces so we could decide which was best for us. Once we decided on product and color, the project was immediately scheduled and went forward according to the timeline provided. The team that came to the house was attentive to detail and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction before the project was considered done.

Our general contractor sent us to Cadenza when it was time make countertop selections four our whole-house renovation project. From product selection through the template and installation process, they were great to work with and the finished product is excellent. We were over budget on just about every selection (lighting, flooring, tile), so Caroline worked with us to maximize the slabs across multiple rooms, which left us with very little in regards to remnants. She also helped us pick out beautiful remnants for the smaller bathrooms. She has a great eye and was very knowledgeable about the various materials. We had zero issues with the installed product - it's beautiful. The seams in the kitchen are barely noticeable! They even came back (at no cost to us) to fix a small divot that occurred after installation (by another contractor). I highly recommend Cadenza!
