The vanity top install team showed up on time, worked efficiently, made sure the install was to our specifications, and were professional throughout. When you are paying for good service, it's rewarding to actually receive it which is not always the case with many firms we've worked with in NoVa.

Our experience with Creative In Counters was excellent. At each step, from material selection, to the in-home template preparation, to the final installation, the folks were all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to the installation crew who were meticulous and answered any questions we had. They are perhaps the unheralded "front line" of the company who leave an important lasting impression. They took great care in their work, which we appreciated. We actually visited the yard where the materials are stored and the staff there were so pleasant and helpful that it put us at ease.
