Super unimpressed with the blasé customer service of this company. I had an issue with my express shipment, tried all day to get a hold of someone at this company, ended up missing my window of opportunity to pick up the shipment myself at the UPS distribution center, and all because someone at Deko didn't submit the tracking information for my $200 overnight delivery. After finally getting a hold of the customer service department and they said that there was nothing they could do since they shipped out the product and it was on its way. Huge headache for a mediocre product. I will not order from this company again.

I ordered materials from this company
$10,000 - $49,999
Very happy with a tile order I just unpacked from Deko tile. While it took about a week for me to get in touch with the person who had sent me samples (turns out he was on vacation), as soon as I did the order progressed very fast. Order to receipt was less than a week. The shipment was sent very securely in large boxes with foam buffers. While I felt shipping was on the expensive side, I appreciate the fact that not a single piece got broken in transit. Altogether, I am very happy and would order from them again.

I was so excited to find the split face stone at Deko Tile. I wanted to do an entire wall of my master bath with this stone and was able to do it for less money because I found the quality I wanted for a great price even after the shipping fees to Arkansas were included.

We were trying to find 12" Marquina Black Marble tile all over the Houston area to no avail. We flew into LAX for a weekend in Santa Barbara and realized that Deko Tile was near by and stocked the porduct. The staff was very gracious in processing the order for us via e-mail so that we could pick up the tiles shortly after we landed. Project is now complete and I even have some spare tiles for any future needs!

$1,000 - $9,999
We ordered 45sqft. of glass tiles and were told that up to 5% of them might arrive broken. In fact, 20% were broken, so we had to order more in a hurry to complete the job. We paid almost $200 for 2nd day air shipping, but the new tiles took a week to arrive. We have contacted the company numerous times to ask for a refund of the priority shipping charge, and they always say they will get back to us, but never do. Their tile is beautiful, but their customer service is ugly. My advice is to buy elsewhere if you can.

Commented: Are these 2x4 beveled edge subway tiles, maybe by Ann Sacks? Looking for something to stay on budget?Ceramic subway tile is a great choice and your project looks really nice! Iridescent Glass Tile is just an alternative for a different taste.
