Order shipped insanely fast, not a single broken tile- these were wrapped by true professionals! The value was unbelievable even with shipping costs. Redoing another bathroom and this will be my go-to source for the project.

I am writing this review of Discount Glass Tile Store because some of my order has not shipped. Adam has contacted my husband and I trying to make our order work out. He is going to great lengths to get the product that I want for our house. In this time of Covid, transporting, shipping supplies and all other services are out of order. Adam is making sure that I am happy. He is offering us some samples to see if something he has in stock will better suit our needs. I cannot say enough good things about the customer care we are getting.

Partial order was shipped, still waiting on the rest of the order. Can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. Adam went from being super responsive and impressive to 100% avoiding my calls, messages, and emails. Not sure what else to do to get a response. Ordered from them because I'm a huge Houzz fan and there are so many great reviews. Customer service is everything and really disappointed in the lack of communication here.

I have nothing but good things to say about Discount Glass Tile Store. I ordered several different tiles from them as I am remodeling my new home and everything about the process exceeded expectations. First, the selection is great. Second, the customer service is really really good. Calling is always easy and if you don't get through the first time, someone always calls you back. They are always willing to go check stock in the warehouse for you. They let you know right away if certain tiles will ship right when ordered of if they need to bring it in first and will ship in a few days or whatever is the case. They really go above and beyond to help you out. With so many projects going, I must have lost a couple sheets of a mosaic tile. I called them and even though they don't normally sell such a tiny quantity, they sent me a sheet and shipped it right after our phone call. Any future projects and I'll definitely turn to Discount Glass Tile Store.

Love this place! I’m very satisfied with my experience. The shipping was super fast. I placed my order and it arrived in 2 days! The packages were wrapped very good and the quality of the tile tile was excellent. We only had two damaged pieces out of 400 pcs so job well done to there packers. I will be using them for my next tile project.
