Installers arrived on time, completed work efficiently, were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The countertops are beautiful. You can’t see the seams. Parts of this job were completed a year ago, but the material is an excellent match and flows together seamlessly.

Shopped around for a quartz countertop and backsplash. One big box wanted $104 sq ft for material, cutting and installation. I found a similar product at Factory Plaza for $45 sq ft. I got to tape off the area of the slab I wanted, which was thrilling for me. Now that's it's installed, it is truly stunning. Check them out.

I had cabinets made and countertop installed for our laundry room. Each step was clear. Each time frame was accurate. The quoted prices never changed. Today the countertop was installed by true professionals and looks great. This is the third or four time I have used Factory Plaza and I continue to find them reasonable and reliable.

A friend recommended Factory Plaza to me so I used them for countertops for my kitchen renovation. I got an estimate via their website and then visited their showroom to pick out my quartz slab. Even though I’m about 110 miles away from them, they were still the least expensive option I found. The team did a great job with the installation and the countertops look beautiful.

I have had Factor Plaza do several jobs for me over the years. This time was truly an amazing experience. Thomas was so helpful and knowledgeable. He kept my job on track and was super informative throughout the project. The island I have is huge one of the largest they have ever done without a seam. I did a waterfall side, and the fabricators did a perfect job of matching the veins. Diego my installer was right on time and super professional. He took care in protecting my hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. He is a magician when it comes to the seams. I truly have a hard time seeing wear they are. As a residential Real Estate Broker, I see ALOT of luxury kitchens and baths, my kitchen could not be any more luxury then if it was in a $5 million dollar home. We purchased countertops from Factory Plaza when we moved into our first house, and we were so pleased with the experience and quality, we used Factory Plaza again to renovate the kitchen countertops in our second house. We worked with Mario on both occasions - he was very timely, not only in his responses to emails and phone calls, but also when it came time to measure and install. We love both countertops - the first was a light grey quartz, and the second was a lighter quartz with grey veins. We highly recommend using Factory Plaza! The quality and price is great.

We used them to remodel our kitchen and it was everything we had hoped for. The cabinets were perfect as was the countertop. We went with custom color cabinets and it was super easy to coordinate that with themm Urszula was amazing and responsive and helped us with every step in the process. We're just absolutely in love with our kitchen.
