About Us
We created Inglenook Thin Brick Tile out of a passion for the timeless elegance and warmth that brick can bring to a home. Each brick tile is unique and handcrafted to look like historic walls or floors, indoors or outdoors.
Every tile is hand made in Pennsylvania, using molds of antique bricks and pressing natural materials, like wood ash, in the wet tiles. The resulting brick tiles are thin (either 3/8" or 1/2" thick) and much lighter than full-sized brick. Most importantly, our hand-formed brick tiles are indistinguishable from antique brick. As one customer describes, Inglenook brick tile "at 20 feet and at 2 feet...is the real stuff by sight and touch."
Successfully tested by the Tile Council of America for strength and resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, Inglenook brick tiles will stand the test of time indoors or outdoor, leaving your touch for decades to come. Thin brick products made from sliced brick, by comparison, are brittle and porous - ill-suited to stand up to the wear and tear of a busy family or business.

I finally decided to update our colonial style home kitchen and laundry room. I wanted to bring out the historical look and decided to replace the hardwood with historical looking brick. When searching for an artist I didn’t have to look very far. When I called Julie from Inglenook tile I was more than pleased. She invited me and my husband to her home to view the tiles in person( with masks on of course). She was as friendly and inviting as we sat on her front porch putting our order together. A few weeks later we were invited to go to the warehouse to pick our tiles up. That is optional - you can also have your tiles sent by UPS. Julie also assisted us in picking our our grout color and all materials needed. Such a great experience- my laundry room looks great- not too bad for a novice.

I recently renovated my laundry room and, after getting brick samples from several companies, decided to go with Inglenook Tiles. I am absolutely thrilled with how the flooring looks and it’s the first thing that people comment on when they see the laundry room for the first time! We recently renovated our kitchen and used Inglenook tiles Our kitchen floor was 1/2 antique brick and 1/2 linoleum. We tore out the linoleum and replaced it with Inglenook brick tiles.
Julie helped us pick out brick tiles that would match the antique brick floor we already had.
The floor turned out beautiful! No one can tell where the old floor ends and the new floor starts.
We love our new floor and would highly recommend Inglenook.

Commented: What did you use to seal the brick?Hi! The tile is sealed here with a penetrating sealer. They can either darken the tiles, or dry back to the original color. I like Aqua Mix products. These sealers are matte.
