We have purchased products several times in the last year and half. We have been pleased with our purchases.
We were slightly disappointed when we had made arrangements for an install and was bumped out of the time slot. We then just cancelled our order and went somewhere else.

Jabara’s is my first thought for flooring. I’ve purchased from them several times now. The last time I went in, the guy in the LVT flooring and tile section remembered my wife and I. He recalled exactly which flooring we bought for our old house that we just sold, and showed us the same flooring for our new house. Plus, he showed us some new options in the same price point. We bought the new design, and they allowed us to take half the material and hold the rest until we could pick it up later in the week with a larger vehicle. Much appreciated. Easy to deal with, great designs, and great pricing. Was able to return leftover material from my project with ease.

The stain master carpeting we purchased is great. We have two dogs, one that is over 100 Lbs. and the carpeting handles the traffic exceptionally well. The installation was very professional. Would recommend Jabara’s To others.

I was shopping for area rugs and decided to check them out since I was in the area.
The service in the store was good, but not really professional. The Sales staff was dressed sloppy, like they should be unloading trucks and not behind a Sales desk.
However, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Our experience with Jabara's Carpet Outlet surpassed our expectations. We worked with Todd an independent contractor representing Jabara's who installed our new Laminate flooring. Always on time, pleasant and respectful to us, and paid full attention to all the detail needed for our project. In addition, he always sought our opinion if a question arose. At the end of the project (completed on time), he cleaned and made sure we were satisfied. We were also pleased with the Sales person who did all he could to find the product we needed.

The first time I used Jabara's was probably 1994 and twice since then and again in the very very near future. It has changed, improved over the years. I am extremely pleased with my most recent contact; carpet to be installed later this month. The professionalism, contact and concern from my sales person has been wonderful. The home visit with samples and the work to plan and measure the rooms to make the most economical carpet purchase was a delightful experience, I would have recommended Jabara's in the past just for the price (even when you had to hire your own installer), but it is so much improved I would compare it gladly with any other carpet store in Wichita.
