Working with Adrianne and the team at Legacy Countertops in Charlotte was one of the most enjoyable and positive experiences of our entire house remodel. Legacy did the countertops in our whole house (kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room). Each countertop was measured, cut, polished, delivered, and installed, in a quality and timely manner. In addition, Adrianne took the extra step and helped me find a marble slab I had seen more than a year prior. I highly recommend working with Adrianne and the team at Legacy Countertops.

I have purchased two counter tops from Legacy now. They have a fantastic showroom. They are professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The Installation went mostly smoothly. There was one minor miscommunication with installation and they quickly and easily resolved the issue.

This was my second time coming to Legacy for granite needs. Both times have been a pleasure! Customer service rep went out of her way to find me the best granite for my budget. Installers made sure I was included as they did their work and they did not leave until everything was done, perfect and cleaned up! Several years have passed since Legacy installed granite countertops in our upstairs kitchen. I can confirm that Legacy stands by their products and service. Additionally, they made tops for our two rolling carts (no additional charge). They ensure that the customer is completely satisfied, not only at the completion of the project, but forever. They have followed through twice for us. Yesterday, Gio arrived repair damage caused by our plumber. Again, no charge. They are honest, trustworthy, timely, and professional. I highly recommend Legacy Countertops, because Bob and his family stand for quality, a fair price, professional workmanship, and the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Nate, & Hilda were wonderful in helping me choose the granite for my bathrooms and kitchen. They made sure the 7' x 4' island had nice color and a flowing design to make a statement. Great customer service!

We recently got granite countertops and a backsplash from Legacy. We found the people at legacy to be very knowledgable and easy to work with. The installers for both items were nice and very skilled. The tile installer was especially helpful. Our kitchen looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.
