Can’t say enough about the customer service here! Andrea went above and beyond!! Some of the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time!

The bathroom counter they did is a solid slab and it’s great which is why I give them a 2. Our kitchen has a seem so poorly matched it looks like a patch. Also they didn't seem at the sink which other granite professionals can't figure out why. On the matching I realize natural stone will not match perfectly but they clearly put no thought into color or pattern and just cut a chunk of stone. They clearly were cutting corners. They did give us a cutting board made from stone we paid for. After the kitchen was complete they offered to fix their work but clearly it was too late.

I am a very experienced do it yourselfer that does everything from masonry to cabinetry. I have never contracted anyone to do work for me as I am always skeptical about the qualifications of the so called "professionals" out there. That being said, I am not equipped to tackle granite counter tops so when I began shopping I figured I'd be searching for a while. I visited at least 5 different granite fabricators shopping for counter tops and stopped with Montes. Right from the start my wife and I felt welcome and at home. From working with Andrea and Kim to Mario and his crew all were great. I could not be happier with the job they did and I can honestly say "I could not have done better " Thank you all at Montes. I hired Montes to install granite countertops for my new kitchen, and they did a fabulous job, especially on the 2-tier island with backsplash which was very tricky. I worked with Andrea, who helped me narrow down the granite choices to one that worked with my floor and cabinets, and she called frequently to make sure I was happy. She even special ordered a high end sink and faucet on my behalf, to help save me money. Now that's service! For installation, you can't beat Montes. The granite was matched beautifully and you can't even see a seam anywhere. The workers were patient, thorough and didn't leave until the job was completed to perfection. I LOVE my new countertops.
