Neuse Tile installed the backsplash in our kitchen. It was a fairly small job, but they still provided good customer service. They were helpful in the design phase, providing suggestions and working with us to get the look we wanted. On the day they installed the backsplash, they were punctual. The supervisor went over the plans with me to make sure it was installed the way we had planned. The 2 installers worked for about 6 hours straight to complete the job and were very considerate and respectful. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, it is complete, well finished and looks great.
