I am a designer who went to NCTS to acquire product for a room remodel. I worked with both John & Nasha. Both were so easy to speak with & they were excellent at listening to my needs & budget! They were courteous, creative & helpful - with lots of product to give us options for every scenario! With their level of customer service, I will always use North County Tile when my designs call for new flooring or wall tiles.

I have been very impressed with North County Tile's talented design services, experienced sales staff, and their ability to display and source a huge selection of tile, stone, and flooring. We are a medium volume, high-end developer/builder in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. We consider North County Tile our most important supplier/design professional as they turn our houses into homes our buyers have to have. So many of our projects with them exceed our style expectations and often come in under budget.

After shopping and comparing big box stores and few other smaller companies, I chose to purchase materials for my kitchen backsplash from North County Tile. Their 2 designers were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The in-store selection was overwhelming, but despite that I ended up choosing an accent tile from one of their many catalogs. The designer smartly ordered a sample first and when we were both disappointed in the quality of the product, she went above and beyond in finding exactly the product I had envisioned. The designers themselves were very knowledgeable, too, about installation, as was the rest of the staff I encountered. Everyone was just as interested and excited about my project as I was and worked quickly and efficiently to obtain my tiles in a matter of days. I highly recommend North County Tile.

I love North County tile ... When replacing tile throughout my house and 2 bathrooms, I visited many stores. After being referred to North County and seeing their stock, I feel that if their store doesn't have it .. it may not exist! Nasha is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. North County Tile and Stone has a wide variety of tile. There are so many tiles, stone, and backsplashes to choose from to make your dream bathroom or whatever you have in mind. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They know the in's and out's of the tile business. They take your vision and make it into a reality. They get your tile in a very timely fashion and have great prices!! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends for their tile needs. This is much more than a shop or store, it's an entire experience and remodel for your home and business. Check them out!!! You will be glad that you did!

Everyone at North County Tile and Stone is so helpful and knowledgeable. I was in several times looking and making decisions for our remodel. John was especially helpful in making suggestions for combinations of tile. I had taken in a few samples from other stores to find tiles to match and in every case, John was able to get me the same tile and for less! This made my shopping not only fun but also easy. I would recommend this store to anyone: the tile is beautiful and the people running this business are great!

I found North County Tile and Stone to be very helpful in identifying tiles that met the criteria I was looking for. I had done a lot of searching on the internet and narrowed down the tile I wanted. North County tile and stone was the identified as the only local distributor for the specific brand. Everyone was helpful, they had a sizeable selection, and they let me take the tile boards I was evaluating to check color and appearance. There was another tile store in Mira Mesa that made you buy tile samples to check out. I would recommend North County tile as a necessary stop to check out their selection before making a final purchase.
