Worked with Ryan and Jill to redo our steam shower. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but they helped me refine my tile selections and assisted with fixture selection and placement as well. Ryan drew a beautiful and accurate sketch for the installer and was mindful of the requirements and limitations of a steam shower. The original shower was so poorly crafted and installed that we had to take the space down to the studs. The installer, Sean Miranda, was amazing. He is an artist and very, very good at his craft. I highly recommend Northwest Tile and Floors and especially Ryan, Jill and Sean for their expertise! The product selection is the best around and they can get anything you might need or want. Pricing is very competitive and installation first-rate. They also adhered to the schedule and the only delay was due to a change I requested. Thanks NW Tile!

The sales associate was extremely helpful in assisting me with coordinating tile designs for my bathroom remodel. I tend to like materials that don't arch each other. He did a great job helping me find tile & flooring that would compliment each other while still being budget friendly . such a huge help!!

We were very pleased with the overall experience we had at Northwest Tile & Floor. Lindsay was always prompt with appointments and helpful with suggestions for flooring and backsplash solutions. We had some inconsistency in the color of some of the porcelain product we ordered compared to the samples in the show room, but this was a problem at the manufacturing level and Northwest Tile compensated us for the inconvenience we experienced as a result. This is a great place at which to choose many of the surfaces needed in a home. Tile, stone, and flooring of all kinds. The designers really know how to pull a home together and are very enthusiastic about helping the customer make decisions. The showroom is a very nice place to be, as well. Quiet and relaxing.
