So happy with the job on our island. They matched our other countertop, did the job as promised and on time. From Cody in the office to the installation crew, all were professional and extremely competent. They delivered a very large countertop and managed to fit it into our elevator, which wasn’t easy. Price was the cheapest we found. We couldn’t be happier.

Worst vendor ever! SEAN the owner is the worst! Their first attempt at installing our granite countertops ended with giant holes in the wall from a mismeasured template. The whole thing had to be removed and re-installed. SEAN the owner did nothing to make up for this!
Next, we had to drive our own granite slab down to them for cutting and templating because they promised it would go faster that way. Ten days later they showed up with the granite slab - UNCUT - and tried to cut it our driveway! They ended up cutting it too much and the entire slab had to be trashed!
Third - they backed out completely from doing our marble center island, with the guy in charge SEAN saying they couldn't handle it.
SEAN the owner hides behind text messages and never faces his customers! Service is terrible, performance is terrible, these guys are clowns!

I can t tell you what an amazing experience it was to deal With Rammy and his father Kenny.
If we could give them 6 stars we would. Our bathroom and kitchen will be featured on HOUZZ.
Personable., attentive, responsive and quality materials are some of the adjectives we would use to describe Rammy and Kenny. Would highly recommend and have already...

The company representative came to give me an estimate on a Wednesday, he said he could color match what I was interested in, he did, by Friday noon the granite kitchen countertop was expertly installed. The installation crew was professional, amazingly fast and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I would recommend Philly Marble & Tile.

Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience but we have completed all that we "promised" in full and actually did some work that is out of the ordinary such as grinding grooves under the slab etc which is not common stone fabrication requests. We also did NOT charge for the piece that we had to cut again so whether that stone goes to trash or not does not make a difference on your end.
As for your island, I have met with your husband - he has asked us to match the "faint" lines in a "natural" product COMPLETELY. We have been fabricating counters for many years and we do NOT make promises on things that can not be done. That is why we decided not to do the island.
If you still have any issues or concerns please reach out to us. I am always available at our showroom should you decide to see me in person as I do not hide behind texts etc.
