Caroline met with us first and patiently walked us through the process and took the time to let us know what to expect and made sure we understood what the project entailed. She also helped us with making overall and specific design decisions; Caroline guided us through creating a unique tile backsplash that we absolutely love and was just the finishing touch that our kitchen needed. Chris was also involved in the early planning and design decisions and executed the project flawlessly. We are pleased with the high quality workmanship and the fact that the work area was always cleaned up. We particularly appreciated that they always showed up when they said they would and if there were any changes they always let us know. Caroline went above and beyond to walk me through all of the design decisions. This included going to the stone and tile store! The installation with Chris and the crew was fast, looked easy and very professional. My kitchen looks beautiful! I smile every time I walk in.
