My kitchen project done with Lorena Cuadros, virtually during the height of the pandemic, was beyond a wonderful experience! Lorena was incredibly patient with me at all times and came through for me with every crazy request I made! We Give them a call About a week and a half ago and gave all info for a specific tile , The female representative said that a sales rep will call back . No one called back we even submitted a request through their website with no response! Unfortunately the specific material that we are looking Is available only there unless I would be able to find some other places. Customer Service is very poor! We are not happy at all

Absolutely the single worst customer experience I have ever encountered. A defective sink was delivered with no hole for faucet and that was the good part! No one answers their phones for days. They suddenly changed a delivery date by a full month on shower doors completely stopping a contracted project and refused to refund the money. Several parts in the order were back ordered that were conveyed to be in stock and heres the best part... in a common apartment complex they tried to leave giant pallets with products in a driveway blocking cars of other tenets and just drive away instead of putting the boxes in the empty open closet in the car port! This place is a disgrace and should be out out of business. I had to revert to disputing the charge on my credit card.

Hello, I have bought Porcelanosa products for the refurbishment of two bathrooms (tiles for one bathroom and bathtub and shower tray and enclosure for another) and I find their quality and modern design excellent. However, the customer service, at least in the Orange County showroom, is less than impressive. For example, I have not been able to receive any indications on which are the best products to clean both the Krion material with which the shower tray and bath tub are made, and the specially treated glass of the shower enclosure (it’s supposed to repel water stains). For the Krion, there are apparently specific products made by Porcelanosa, but so far as I have been able to understand, they cannot be found in the US (not even online!). For the glass, I would like to know if I can just use regular winded to clean it, because I am not sure if this special treatment done at the factory is something that is on the surface (and thus can be taken away if cleaned with the wrong product) or sort of “ baked in”. I would be grateful for any feedback. Keep up with the great design, but also pay attention to the customer!
